The room smelled funny,People were yelling and drinking in the parking lot,One bed had disgusting stains on the mattress,there was a used personal item in the parking lot,I asked for clean towels seven hours later they just walked into my room (the maids)with dirty towels,i thought the maid was supposed to knock first.

8. Then we headed out for our night out, we didn't return til around 3 am when we got back and my roommate turned the bed down to find blood stained sheets and her bed was broken, there was bugs in the bed and around the bed on the floor.
