The room smelled funny,People were yelling and drinking in the parking lot,One bed had disgusting stains on the mattress,there was a used personal item in the parking lot,I asked for clean towels seven hours later they just walked into my room (the maids)with dirty towels,i thought the maid was supposed to knock first.

Cons of the motel: a few customers looked like they were 'working', if you know what I mean (even overheard a gentleman on his cell phone arranging such a meeting), breakfast was pretty stripped with just two choices of cereal and one type of bagel, front lobby restroom had standing water in the floor drain, and grounds were dirty with cigarette butts everywhere.

Little bugs flying around the room making me itchy, wallpaper peeling off walls, Bed broken and filthy, bathroom dirty with a broken toilet and 1 of our group was made to sleep on the floor when the cot was opened up and found to have rat droppings in it, could not find anyone to help us late at night when it was discovered.
