Clearly this man is either a liar, or has a memory

On the downside, our room was facing a major road, so there was traffic noise, but since we were out most of the day, this wasn't really a
problem
for us.

I give a lot of credit to management when they address a
problem
quickly and effectively, particularly when the
problem
has been caused by their guests.

The employee had no idea what to do in this situation and he was very clear with her from the begining that he needed assistance immediately-next
problem
was that when she was trying to relay information she is very hard to understand so a lot of the time she wouldn't give them the correct info or what his symptoms were.
