1. breakfast is poor but staff peoples are kind and able to solve problems.

5. On the downside, our room was facing a major road, so there was traffic noise, but since we were out most of the day, this wasn't really a problem for us.

7. I give a lot of credit to management when they address a problem quickly and effectively, particularly when the problem has been caused by their guests.

The employee had no idea what to do in this situation and he was very clear with her from the begining that he needed assistance immediately-next problem was that when she was trying to relay information she is very hard to understand so a lot of the time she wouldn't give them the correct info or what his symptoms were.

9. THE ROOM(S) I was given room #125-as I entered the parking lot I noticed some kids were playing in the parking lot and they seemed to be relatives-problem: they wereplaying with a bat and a ball-they were never told to leave.
