3. We asked for extra pillows(pillows provided were absolutely FLAT),were told we could not get extra pillows until laundry opened at 9:30 pm :(All in all, not a bad experience, I feel I got a good deal for the money.

6. This was suppose to be a complimentary stay because of a bad experience at a Sleep Inn hotel I had visited in Detroit which was also booked through Expedia.

7. sorry for the english we are foreing, but we have to write about this hotel, expedia should take it out of the listings, i have stayed in low cost hotels before but never one like this, the place is really unsafe, the rooms smell really bad like a dirty restroom, and is a very loud part of town very poor rest, be smart and never stay here.

8. The tv was bad, you could not get a local station with out snow, 90% of the channels were snow covered.
