1. Not too much negative, though the elevators were somewhat old and slow, The valet parking is rather expensive at $22/day, but well worth it when you can walk to venues at night, rather than circle blocks looking for parking.

3. There were two features that were very annoying: 1) The WiFi bordered on the unusable -- slow connection and frequent fade-outs; 2) The lobby/dining area was equipped with a modern player piano that played schmaltzy standards (including Christmas songs???) throughout the day.
