2. This shook my nerves, she called somebody an they wanted to refund me 6$ I told her she was insulting me, my sons life is worth more then 6$ I felt they needed it more, maybe they could get a new coffee pot, or fix the electical water problem.

4. My first problem is that it was listed as being near the Vanderbilt area and it was not close at all--at least 15 minutes away in traffic.

6. Upon checking in the hotel was having problems with the power going on and off, we had to sit on the couch for around an hour before this was sorted out.

7. We were stressed over the AC not working and frustrated with our apartment building's maintenance not fixing the problem for several days, so our stay here just helped us get a much needed good night's rest.
