1. I went to reception and very nicely 'complained' that the room and bathroom was very tiny for our family, and asked what the cancellation policy was.

4. Yes, one might be drawn to the hot breakfast, free internet, gym and pool but the internet is sketchy at best, the gym equipment is outdated and the pool is tiny.
