1. This has been an extremely difficult situation to handle as it is, and you have the audacity to ask me for proof of my father's death? After numerous attempts to contact this facility, the only thing that I have received is a letter from customer service telling me 'its under review'.

4. However, the room is so dark it is difficult to read, their is no space to spread out my work, and the room has an overall unclean, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming atmosphere.
