2. Not really bad , but I might suggest a little newer one that does not have stained tile and grout, worn carpets , etc.

3. Things such as the older hotel/motel odor, wrinkled carpet, dent and damage to the interior of elevators, and worn pool chairs are things I can overlook.

4. It is beginning to look out of date, but I am content with the decor - it is not run-down or worn, just a dated look - but it is clean, and remember what you are paying for the room.
