1. Old hotel, dated interior, room smelt smoky, windows couldn't shut, windows let lots of freeway traffic noise in, toilet didn't flush properly - for $98, definitely not worth the value, was the worst hotel on a cross country drive.

2. It is beginning to look out of date, but I am content with the decor - it is not run-down or worn, just a dated look - but it is clean, and remember what you are paying for the room.
