1. I do not know this for a fact but I assume that a lot of the food is prepared with microwaves and speedy convection ovens as there is no smell fo food cooking in the restaurant.

It was great the hyatt we picked this time was set right in the middle of every thing even with it being at the ariport to one side was down town the other grand ole opry and everything in the middle the hotel was up to date the people great it had a smell of new all the time we asked about that nice air system we loved it great rate right place good move.
