1. The only downside to when we stayed was people below us were having a party so they were incredibly loud and was not able to fall asleep until 3AM.

2. The other thing that may be of consideration if you are a light sleeper (my fiance is), is that the doors to the rooms are extremely heavy, and therefore crash rather loudly when shut.
