4. Water drip from ceiling smoke detector, dirty stained ripped carpet, dirty arms on upholstered furniture, caved in glass on desk top, bathroom door hanging on 2 of 3 hinges so it does not close, sloppy caulk patch of marble shower, heavily water stained headboard, buckled walls in bathroom.

6. Saw some stains on blanket on bed, but this can happen in any place,regardless of price or star rating, I was a chamber maid and blankets and spreads do not get changed unless maids notice something obvious.
