If I had to pick any negative things I would say that the bar area was a little bit loud with the singer they had that week and when I arrived only a few minutes before one of the shuttles, the woman at the front desk seemed a bit annoyed at me for not giving her more time to write my name down on the book.

2. We were on a different floor so maybe it was just the other room we were in that had a loud unit or maybe they upgraded their system but it wasn't loud this time.
