1. The staff is very prompt and courteous, and although I was always happy to give tips to those who helped us out I was grateful that the staff didn't linger around in an annoying way expecting anything, which always kind of bugs me at hotels.

3. I forgave this mistake, but I was quite annoyed when the bellstaff rudely told a relative who`d come to take us to lunch that she could not wait with her car in front of the hotel; even after she told them her purpose there, they demanded to know who she was picking up and what they look like.
