5. Again, I am not saying that it is a bad thing, but if a person has dander issues and pet allergies, you might have to reconsider staying at this hotel.

7. I have always trusted Trip Advisor reviews, felt that I could read them and get a feel for the place, good, bad, indifferent, whatever, weigh the comments against each other but I have never read so many glowing reviews for such an extremely mediocre and distressing place.

8. We arrived and the 'lobby' was crazy tiny: Us and one guy in front of us made passage of others virtually impossible unless we backed into big crammed area of tables, chairs and other furniture (a bad omen, as it turns out).

10. Our only down-was our room was by the stairway & we could hear water running from other rooms, but when we turned on our fans on the air-conditioners--we didn't notice it as bad.
