1. It is somewhat a party hotel since there is a popular concert location next to it, but even with Finger Eleven in town we didn`t have a problem with the noise.

2. Minor problems: no kleenex, heat/vent in bathroom did not work, no toilet seat cover (dropped lipstick in the toilet), no alarm clock or even just a clock, and we had three moths flying around the room.
