1. I advise everyone to avoid this hotel completely - pay up a few $ and stay at The Intercontinental, the Hyatt, and of course the Pfister.

2. We enjoyed many of the ammenities offered just across the street and would bite the bullet and pay the extra money to avoid the feeling of disappointment.
