4. Lest you think I'm biased: there were things that could use improvement -- my room had several burned out lights, the ceiling fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep with it on, and the air conditioner was on it's last legs.

5. Other bad points are- airconditioning is very noisy- the internet connection was very slow- the reception staff - in the morning at my checkin the guy was just surly - in the afternoon there was a young girl who was not surly but disintertested.

6. On the other side of the hotel there is a lovely lagoon ruined by the fact that it is a noisy jet ski park.

7. The bad points are it is a bit noisy as on one side there is the Miami International airport which is quite busy.
