3. I had chose to leave the Ramada North airport hotel as there was issues with providing a mini fridge and baby crib that were promised at check in the night before.

5. I'm only rating this a 4 simply because of some minor issues with the kitchen appliances, the hide a bed, and them locking us out the last night.

8. I did NOT report these issues because I had precious little time in my room, and did not wish to have maintenance banging around, nor did I want to move after unpacking.

9. Murphy's law was against us that night, as the room keys were only working the second time, after a trip back at the check in to have them re-issued with our exact room number.
