1. I then noticed and showed her the brownish blood stains on the comforter (the side that was down to the bed) If I'm correct this can be left behind by bed bugs, she made no comment.

4. Now to the room, as soon as we walked in there were two huge nasty looking stains on the floor, the bathroom was dirty.

6. Checked in, which was pleasant, but then our nightmare started the luggage cart had a flat tire and couldn't maneuver very easlier, the room was fairly descent, although carpets had horrible stains on, the coffee machine did not work and the window rattled the whole night, we didn't want to wake up our daughter to move rooms so we tried our best to get some shut eye as we were only there for one day and had loads to see and visit the next day, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, upon bringing it up to Jennifer, the manager the next day she proceeded to tell us that the luggage cart tire was not flat, the coffee machine did work and the window did not rattle, wow what huge imaginations we must have, she did however move us to a different room and did promise us a 30% refund for the night, which up to date we haven't got.
