1. The only downside was the trolley does go down the street in front of the hotel and it can be a little noisy every 16 minutes but after awhile you start to tune it out.

Only complaints I had: the coffee cups in our room would not fit under the coffee maker in our room, so I had to go downstairs for a cup of coffee; We did not have any hangers and they were unable to supply uswith more, since they were stolen from the previous people in the room; The room was quite noisy - we could hear loud clunking of shoesin the hallway and neighbors using hair dryers.
