1. (bad knees) - The shower, walls, blower dryer, iron, ironing board & toilet were not cleaned either well or not at all.

5. The price you pay for the location of this hotel isn't too bad (about $150 per night, and there's a tram stop near the entrance), but the desk service was woeful, as different staff members gave contradictory information regarding car parking and travelling locations.
