1. unfortunately, a combination of the extremely challenging location, issues with my room, and the shuttle really made this stay one that I will not be at all interested in repeating.

2. We were traveling with our dog and were told that he was only allowed in the designated pet area, which unfortunately was clear across the property from our room.

4. unfortunately, calls to the front desk didn`t result in prompt fixes - we normally had to call multiple times over periods of a few hours (and twice had to head down to the front office ourselves) to get the problems addressed.
