3. We saw from other reviewers that the place was kind of hard to get into and out of and I would agree but it never became too much of an issue.

4. Strange but not a huge issue for us since it was in the 90s everyday and we had no desire for more heat.

5. Another issue, which I'm sure will be taken care of soon, was that the hot tub in the pool area was closed our entire stay, which was inconvenient but not really a problem, except that it was draped with crime scene tape which made the pool area not so attractive.

6. Yes we did have a small issue a time or two, but the response we received outweighed the problem.

7. A final note for those travelling with infants - though we called in advance to confirm that the hotel provided cribs, they really only have small playpens (a reviewer of another Memphis hotel also had this problem, so I wonder if it`s a dialect issue).
