1. Room service poor (lost a silk night dress, took 2 days to find it very suspicious all the time, returned it as a dirty ball of silk without a single word).

3. who place stank of smoke, the curtains had blood on them, the tv looked like fred flintstones, the view was of a brick wall and you could see a tiny bit of their horrible empty poor and an alley way.
