1. When we discovered the bed bug and make contact to guest services to inform them of this little nasty creature traveling up and down the bed, we were told that nothing could be done about the issue, and that we were free to check out.

3. I stayed at this establishment Sep 12-13, 2011 and discovered bed bug bites on both arms, hands, & ankles.

4. We have on file a report written by the Orkin Pest Control inspector that states no findings of bed bugs or any type of bug fecal manner anywhere in this room as the guest claims.
