1. Well it did not smell like urine but I have a list of problems: bugs on the bathroom wall, dirt along all floor boards and vents, couch visibly dirty, old and torn, ottoman leg gone, carpet sticky, hard floor slippery, etc etc.

3. Hotel gives lip service as to what they will do to solve problem, I am very dissapointed in hotel management.

5. I had some initial problems in making the reservation because I was misled by the 800 reservation worker who lived in another country.

7. Hotel has only 5 floors which was good for me as I don't like heights and some Embassy Suites with Atriums I stay in give me problems if I'm put above the 8th floor.

8. problem was a huge family reunion was going on and the kids were all running around unsupervised they keep knocking on the door and running all night long.
