9. Carpet needed cleaning badly (our socks stuck to it and turned black on the bottom) .

10. below 68 degrees (which doesn't sound to bad, but when it gets to 75+ and the hotel is open because of the construction it is bad) heat rises and being on the 5th floor we were miserable until the sun went down.
