1. The staff are so unfriendly and really don't care to assist you when there are problems with your stay.

3. Our room was on the opposite side of the hotel and on the 9th floor, so there may be some validity to reviewers who say the noise was a problem for them.

10. I believe the effort was there, because I recieved excellent service at breakfast one morning in the dining room, but this hotel seems to have problems when running at full capacity, and under duress.
