1. can make a lot of noise fairly early as it is concrete floors but there is not a lot they can do about this and I only noticed it a couple of the days we were there.

Granted, this may have been an isolated incident what with the people that caused my party this grief, but if you want a good value for the BH area and don't mind possible noise, I think that this is a good place for what it is and is very convenient if you want to explore the Beverly Hills area.

4. I am not saying that this is not a good place, but something very odd is happening at this hotel and I say enter at your own risk if you are sensitive to noise.
