The response from the front desk was 'we'll take care of it' and though they were very diplomatic, despite my rather forceful language, they didn't seem to take active measures to stop the disturbance which other guests noticed and complained about audibly upon hearing these obnoxious and unruly kids.

4. I complained to the front desk, was promised a call from the manager (which never arrived), and I paid it with gritted teeth so as not to tarnish my vacation experience, with the knowledge I would be writing this review.
