1. The room came with 2 queen beds (semi-hard, I'm not fussy about bed-softness), a desk, vanity mirror, TV with digital cable, and vanity self adjacent to the bathroom, and dresser.

2. You could do much worse for the money in LA (like the Econo Lodge on Sunset Blvd) so if you`re not too fussy this place will serve you well.
