1. I was stunned to discover that my plan came with a $10 a day charge for Internet access (the description on Kayak was ambiguous on the issue).

3. Parking is an issue around Beverly Hills ( ie parking on the street is not allowed) so the valet charge is unavoidable but the service is very convenient.
