Now for the drawbacks: (1) Most rooms face busy streets, and inner 'courtyard' facing rooms on lower floors receive noise from HVAC equipment -- only courtyard-facing rooms on high floors are dependably quiet, and that's not many rooms; (2) The breakfast area and service in this Residence Inn is an unmitigated disaster: Horribly mediocre food that runs out if the hotel is near capacity, a tiny dining space for a hotel of this size, and service that has to be reminded to replace the coffee when it's run out.
