1. We were unfortunately placed in a room near the elevators resulting in disrupted sleep throughout the night and early morning from guests coming and going and from the maids ramming their carts in and out of their storage area.

5. I`ve rated it a 3 out of 5 which feels slightly harsh as there wasn`t anything wrong with it, but it just didn`t do anything special enough to go up a notch to 'above average' unfortunately.
