3. Had one negative even before we got there, I was at LAX using a payphone and I called the hotel to ask how we get there with the free shuttle and the guy on the phone explained to me "where and when" but was quick to transfer me to someone else when I started to clarify the info he gave me.

4. If I had to come up with something negative about this hotel it would be that the desk clerk talked so fast I couldn't keep up with all the great amenities he was describing to us.

5. I had read negative stories about the Courtyard`s airport shuttle service, but I figured I could endure that in exchange for staying at the Courtyard.

6. Plusses: Free coffee in the morning, free paper, small convenience store in the hotel for toiletries and snacks (can charge to room)negatives: Can only valet park for $14 per day (with slow service), no views from roomNo surprises here.

9. Some of the negative aspects, are lack of microwave in the room, parking charge of $13 per day, and no complimentary breakfast.
