1. This would've been a terrible experience anyway, but because this was for a medical appointment, and took place at 2:30 in the morning, it made it much worse.

3. terrible wireless internet makes business use almost impossible - otherwise good but sorry - poor internet means big problems with flight bookings , email etc - It's 2011 guys - wise up.

Hotel is well decorated and furnished but is situated on an island between the meeting of the freeways, traffic noise terrible, nothing within walking distance to see or do, the complimentary car runs only within 3 mile radius and it was out of action for one day plus you need to book car in advance, staff not very knowledgeable re local public transport.
