4. They should be tipped but when you're in/ out 5 - 6 times a day it ends up not only being more expensive than most hotel's self park fees but also more inconvenient.

9. 50 for most routes (ask reception for timetable) the only downside is that there is no where to walk out to for a meal or drink, they do have a resturant on the 17th floor with great views but has a limited menu and we found expensive.

10. Of course, I would adore less expensive room rates (who doesn't) and maybe some rock and roll piped in because jazz just isn't my cup of tea, but I didn't even have to complain at all.
