1. The first night we got there we had no hot water in our building, they did repair the damaged pipe but it took a few hours.

2. Also, the 14' opening into the shower required going in sideways, very carefully, to avoid damaging vulnerable body parts.

3. My main gripe was the fact that in our room (5C) the glass door to the shower stall was off its damaged track, and even after maintenance 'fixed' it, was always in danger of falling off again.
