1. I am not one to complain a lot and I have done a lot of traveling in the Carribbean but this was by far my worst experience in a hotel room.

2. Our room didn't have a fridge, after complaining they brought the fridge but never filled it up, I called every day and they said they will be there and never came by.

5. After we complained they switched us to another room, it was better but still had ants and the floor was so dirty that my feet would be black and the doors were also not sealed.
