3. Anyone staying here should be forewarned that there are protected roosters around the hotel and they will be be very noisy at night with their high-pitched sound which can be heard throughout the area.

Just take into accound when booking the room that a balcony next to the pool is probably a good idea, a balcony or porch looking out onto the highway might be noisy, the grounds are great, there is a bar near the pool with nice people, the lobby is really pretty, the property has been updated since Wilma.
