1. We have not one complaint about the hotel the room was clean they clean the pool every morning including the patio furniture the staff was always helpful and nice, when we return to key west we will always stay at this hotel it is on the north end of the island and about a 5 min scooter ride from duval street but its nice to leave all the commotioin and head back to the hotel, the pool was never crowded, a great place to take a family - make sure you stick with the conceige at the hotel when making snorkling plans or any other water sport alot of the vendors will offer you a lower price, however they are difficult to get your deposit back from ( the scooter companies too).
