7. We were on the second floor near the checkin lobby and out the bedroom window was the pool area, but there was not any problem with noise from the pool area, even though there were some Spring Break kids staying there.

8. The only two drawbacks were its close proximity to the airport, although this wasn`t too much of a problem, and its distance from downtown Key West.

9. This caused us a slight problem on our first visit in 2006 when the card I had used to make the reservation was changed from an MBNA VISA to a Bank of America American Express (not by choice), but they seamlessly credited the old card number and re-charged the new one at the time of our arrival.

10. Duval Street, it was only a 5-10 minute beautiful drive to there so was not a problem.
