4. Despite the bad manners of some of the folks that were staying there on our first night, we highly recommend this hotel -- you can tell that everyone involved cares about keeping it wonderful.

7. BAD SIDE:The cleaning solution (possibly Simple Green?) they use in the rooms everyday smells very pungent.
