1. I only had a few issues: (1) I was told on Friday 4/17, there is no more access to the Casa Marina, so disappointed (2) Towels were not restocked every day.

3. That was my first complaint, for what we paid AND when I had asked months before because I knew we were coming in during Spring Break, the girl over the phone told me explicitly that they wouldn't be a place Spring Breakers would stay and it shouldn't be an issue.

5. Both bedrooms were almost identical, so if traveling with 2 couples there wouldn't be that 'who gets the better room' issue.
