1. The room was filthy, stains on sofa, chairs, carpets and when I took white soxs off at bedtime the soles were black.

In the bathroom, the shower has lots of mildew and rust, the towels and bathmats are stained with large orange and yellow spots, the toilet seat was wet and had hair on it, the counter top is disgustingly dirty with various things, the sink is barely usable and had a large clump of hair in it, the floor is wet and sticky in spots, and the hair dryer is filthy.

4. The facilities were not just dirty, they were filthy - I went to the desk to ask for cleaner and rags before I could feel comfortable to sleep.
