1. unfortunate indeed, as she has wonderful staff and actually a very nice hotel, but this was un-called for in our opinion, and unacceptable for future stays in the Jacksonville area, of which we travel to quite frequently.

2. Never again will we stay at this HoJo, and it is unfortunate because the hotel is indeed very convient to Downtown (was a few minute trip), the hotel was clean and the staff is very friendly.

5. unfortunately, I didn`t get to see the pool area but I could tell that there were quite a few people using it since my room was located within 20 feet of it and I could hear the splashing.
