First and foremost, I have never come in contact with such a RUDE person who is supposed to be showing hospitality like I did at this Hotel and the front desk clerk who is a older man, was very RUDE to me, my mother, my husband and even tried to make my 21month old son throw away a cup of apple juice before we could leave the breakfast room in the lobby.
