1. If I could change one thing about my visit, it would be the location of the room - I wish I had been closer to the elevator rather than at the end of hall - but that's pretty minor in comparison to a 'real' complaint.

2. The only complaint I had was that the gentleman who checked us out accused me of stealing a pillow (mine was grayish-purple as opposed to the hotel's white).

3. A couple previous reviews made a question whether we would be satisfied with staying here, but I cannot think of a single complaint about our stay.

4. Spent 10 days in JAX vacationing and stayed at 3 different hotels (first time at JAX so tried different locations and hotels)--Spent first 4 nights in Nov 2009 at Best Western JTB--had a great room rate--NO complaint--one issue was addreessed by staff promptly.

5. The only minor complaints I have were non-stocked vending/soft drink machines on my floor and the 'business center' was an alcove off the main lobby with only one PC (I had to wait a few mintues to use it, but what the heck, it was free).
